I've always heard the saying, "there's beauty in the breakdown."
I'm not sure if I agree completely..
It's messy.. There's snot, and tears, and puke... and it's a person's entirety being poured out before them; reminding them why they're not good enough, or why they're hurting so bad..

It's beautiful in the end because it's a release of emotions.. But at the same time.. it's pathetic..
"pull yourself together man."

You can't carry on like that...
All that is accomplished is the perfection of silence resonating around you.. That hollow, empty, heavy feeling pressing in around you.. there's no cure for that.
There's no escape for that...
